We collect only the information necessary to provide our services:
• Identity data: full name and email address. Optionally, if you provide them: phone, WhatsApp, city, nationality and a short bio.
• Account credentials: password (stored encrypted; we never see it in plain text).
• Purchase information: ticket history and payment data processed by our payment provider (we do not store card numbers).
• Business listing data: the commercial information you enter when registering your business, including ABN, ACN and legal structure.
• Payout data, only if you sell tickets: our payment provider verifies your identity and bank details. We store the account name, bank, ABN, company name and whether that provider has enabled you to receive payments.
• Content you publish: your forum posts and comments, business reviews, job listings, events and the photos you upload. This content is PUBLIC and carries your name.
• Support messages: your name, your email and whatever you write to us.
• Usage preferences: selected city and preferred language.
• Usage data: pages visited, anonymously and only if you accepted the cookie notice (see section 11).
